- Notice where your spiritual self and your practical self are in conflict — and look for the integration that honours both rather than the compromise that diminishes both
- Allow the parts of yourself you have kept hidden — your sensitivity, your gifts, your knowing, your wildness — to have a place in your ordinary daily life
- Practice being the same person in all contexts — not without appropriate boundaries, but without fundamental self-concealment

Draw a line down the centre of a page. On one side, write the qualities of yourself you show freely. On the other, write the qualities you keep hidden or manage carefully.
Look at both sides. Then write beneath: “All of this is me. I am integrating all of this into one whole person. The split is healing.”
Then choose one quality from the hidden side and find one small way to let it be present today.
ANSWER THE CALL
Write about the version of yourself that the world sees, and the version of yourself that only you know. Then write about the integrated version — the one that is fully both.
